Online Fitness Coaching
Online fitness coaching is ideal for people who are ready to elevate their fitness journey with the convenience of remote guidance. We begin with a Zoom meeting to assess your needs, discuss your goals, and establish a realistic timeline to achieve them. After filling out a comprehensive form, I create a tailored workout plan, meal plan, and cardio plan if necessary. I will walk you through the details to ensure you understand everything, and maintain an open line of communication for questions or adjustments. We will have weekly check-ins on the Fitlog platform to help track your progress, as well as bi-weekly Zoom calls to provide a deeper dive into your overall progress.

Bodybuilding Contest Prep Services
My contest prep services are designed to guide you through the process of building a winning physique, whether you're preparing for your first competition or looking to improve for future shows. This includes a comprehensive plan that covers every aspect of contest preparation—from personalized workout programs focused on muscle development and symmetry, to custom nutrition plans aimed at achieving peak conditioning. We’ll start with an initial consultation to assess your goals, current physique, and timeline, after which I’ll create a detailed training, cardio, and nutrition plan tailored to your needs. Throughout the process, I provide ongoing support through weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustments to your plan as needed. We'll also spend some time to focus on your posing to ensure you are fully prepared to display your physique on stage. My coaching aims to push you to your limits and help you develop the physique & mindset required to succeed.
Bodybuilding Offseason Programming
Offseason programming is the key to help you maximize muscle growth, optimize strength gains, and improve your overall physique during the most critical time of the year for progress. We will focus on balancing intense training, effective nutrition, and strategic recovery to ensure you build quality muscle without excessive fat gain. My offseason programming includes a personalized plan tailored to your body type, goals and experience level. My years of competitive experience and proven track record will guide you to make the most out of your offseason, setting you up for success before entering contest prep or your next phase of training.

In-Person Fitness Coaching
In-person fitness coaching is great for those who are looking for extra support and hands-on training. We will meet in person at 2bfit Gym in Montreal for check-ins, where I use skinfold calipers to measure body fat percentage and evaluate your weekly progress. Additionally, you'll receive mulitple 1-on-1 training sessions per month, where I will guide you through personalized workouts designed to challenge you and push you toward your goals. This is ideal if you are looking for guidance and support throughout your fitness journey
